shines with a hot set at the ZORA Festival
in Eatonville The smell of great ethnic dishes including the very american bbq ribs and other crowd pleaser gastronomy items made you very easily loose your dietary line. A guilty pleasure indeed. Ah, yes! singer songwriter Al Jarreau took care of the sights and sounds for most of the afternoon. Jarreau, kicked off an amazing set of music at around 3pm. the veteran performer dug into his vast song book for classics such as "We're in this love together", "Heaven and Earth and "Boogie down". He also showcased songs from his new album including the title track "Tomorrow today" as well as the funky "Puddit (put it where you want it)". Mr. Jarreau took really good care of his fans. He stood signing autographs and cd's at the Star 94.5 booth after the show until night fall. Fans young and old, black or white waited patiently to meet this legend of american music. Some folks even got share a story or two with him. After the autograph session Mr. Jarreau talked to Star 94.5 and widemag's Joe Davis. Check the video above.
